Harvey Rice was born and raised in Southern California. After graduating UCLA he began a career in advertising and marketing. During the mid-80s, Harvey brought his understanding of advertising and marketing to real estate sales at Fred Sands in Beverly Hills.
While in advertising in the late 1970's, he began to buy and remodel single-family homes to make them available for lease until the market recovered in 1986. The market was then right for development and Harvey began new construction on investment properties in Benedict Canyon and Benedict Hills.
In 1992, real estate again faltered. An associate of his, told him of their 80 year old client who was loosing her home in foreclosure. He not only saved her home but was able to orchestrate enough money from the sale to allow the client a condo with the proceeds. Harvey developed an in depth understanding of the process and set his sights on helping as many people as he could save their homes from foreclosure.
In spite of his busy schedule Harvey’s love of animals finds him volunteering for various pet projects including visits at several local hospitals each week.
