Post graduate Degree California State University at Northridge.Since 1985, I have been involved in Greater Los Angeles Real Estate development, Marketing and sales of Residential and Commercial buildings. Clear nderstanding of California Association of Realtors, code of Ethics, R.E. Contracts, and also possess a negotiation skill as well as ability to use new technology to promote and communicate with Buyers & Sellers of properties. Currently I am engaged in dealing with REO as well as Short sale properties with full knowledge of Trustee sale & foreclosure process. Area of activities primarily is San Fernando Valley, but I have a track record of successful real estate 18transactions in Greater Los Angeles County.
