Over 10 years ago, Edward and Van Frish started their real estate careers together in an office they shared with their father’s bakery in the community of Encino in Los Angeles, California. By working long hours to ensure their clients were fully satisfied with all of their real estate and mortgage transactions, Edward and Van built a foundation of strong work ethics and loyal clients for their future. A Mortgage division was created in 1999 to accommodate the clients with all of their lending needs. In 2004, the brothers opened up their first Century21 franchise office with three agents. Within five years, the company grew to be a six company conglomerate with over 300 employees. An Escrow division was also opened in 2004 to increase transaction efficiency and client satisfaction. Two ERA franchises were added in 2007 to serve a broader base of clients in the Los Angeles community. A Commercial and Business division of the real estate practice was added in 2007 to accommodate an influx of clients investing in commercial and business ventures. The company developed a specialty in servicing buyers in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles and eventually grew to become a one-stop-shop powerhouse with residential, commercial, business, escrow and mortgage divisions. The company is currently ranked top ten in agent size in San Fernando Valley and has three different locations throughout Southern California. While assisting Edward with running these companies, Van successfully fulfilled his dream of graduating from law school, passing the California Bar exam, and becoming an attorney. Van then decided to open up his own law firm, which now employs a group of full-time attorneys specializing in real estate, lending, personal injury, bankruptcy and family law.
